1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can contact us at:

Your statement should include your name, address, order number, and a clear indication that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use any clear written statement, including email.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received, including all labels, seals, and accessories.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • The full purchase price will be refunded, including the original standard delivery costs (if applicable).
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at welcome@thorxianfrex.world with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect product (if applicable).

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund at your choice, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at welcome@thorxianfrex.world.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following the process above and place a new order.

9. Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian law, including the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the Marketing Control Act (Markedsføringsloven). In the event of a conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law prevails.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the update.
